For Greg Langston, home inspection isn’t a career he fell into — it’s one he grew up in. His father was a home inspector, and Greg spent years attending inspections and learning the trade firsthand long before he ever held a license.
Greg went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston’s C. T. Bauer College of Business, where he developed the systems thinking and attention to process that makes a great inspector. His professional background deepened those skills further — as a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A, he learned to manage teams and deliver consistent, high-quality service under pressure. He also gained hands-on experience through facility improvement work at a resale store supporting adults with special needs, where he tackled everything from epoxy flooring to shelving and furniture construction.
