We’re hiring for two full-time roles: home inspector trainees who are new to the profession, and fully trained home inspectors who are ready to inspect.
Full-Time
Home Inspector Trainee
New to home inspection? This role is for people ready to learn the profession from an established local company.
You bring the work ethic, the attention to detail, and some familiarity with how houses are built. A background in construction or the trades is a strong start.
Full-Time
Fully Trained Home Inspector
Already trained and ready to inspect? Bring your skills to a family-owned company with deep roots in Pearland and the Greater Houston area.
You’ll inspect homes across our service area as part of a small team that holds every report to the same high standard.

Every inspection ends in a written report, so typing and computer skills matter.
Be honest with yourself about the physical side. Houston-area attics get hot, crawlspaces get tight, and the work happens whatever the weather is doing.
